Cyber Security Manager

About the role

EY is looking for a Manager to join its Technology Consulting (Cyber Security) team in Istanbul. The successful candidate combines strong cybersecurity consulting expertise with client engagement and stakeholder management, establishing trusted relationships with client executives, leading strategic discussions and turning complex cybersecurity challenges into practical business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex technical risks into business-relevant insights and recommendations for senior executives and client leadership.
• Engage clients and stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Work across multiple cybersecurity domains, including Governance, Risk & Compliance, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Security Operations, Application Security and Network Security.

Required profile

• At least 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven background in cybersecurity transformation programs and implementations.
• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Industrial / System Engineering, Management Information Systems or another degree with a personal interest in cyber technology and security risks.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to travel is a must.

Required skills

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 or similar are required.
• Experience developing and delivering executive presentations to CxO-level stakeholders.
