Deployment Lead

About the role

Luron, an applied AI company, is looking for a Deployment Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI solutions inside large enterprises. This hands‑on leadership position works directly in customer sites, ensuring that deployments reach production on schedule and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of live deployments: define scope, sequencing, dates and quality standards.
• Lead and grow a team of deployment strategists and forward‑deployed engineers.
• Take personal ownership of high‑risk accounts and act as the escalation point for customers.
• Standardise deployment processes and make them repeatable for future projects.
• Collaborate with engineering to reduce deployment heroics and build accurate reporting on deployment status.
• Hire and onboard new team members as the function expands into new markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex technical work inside large organisations and managing the consequences of delays.
• Credibility with both enterprise executives and engineers, able to give realistic timelines.
• Track record of leading teams or being a natural leader without formal title.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
• High ownership mindset, calm under pressure, and based in Istanbul with on‑site availability.
