Java Fullstack Developer (PLM)

About the role

OBSS, Turkey's largest technology consultancy, is looking for a Java Fullstack Developer to deliver end-to-end software payment solutions and PLM applications. You will work on cutting-edge projects with cross-functional teams, designing, developing and maintaining high-quality applications that solve real business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, customize and configure features on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE / Enovia V6 platform using MQL, JPO and TCL.
• Develop scalable back-end services in Java/Java EE and front-end components with React, Vue or Web Components.
• Build and streamline core PLM processes such as ECO/ECR/ECN, document management and EBOM-to-MBOM transformations.
• Integrate PLM systems with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and CAD environments.
• Bridge software development and engineering teams (R&D, Design, Manufacturing).
• Mentor technical teams and ensure quality delivery and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 4-10 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience customizing and configuring 3DEXPERIENCE / Enovia V6.
• Solid understanding of PLM concepts: BOM structures, Engineering Change Management and revision control.
• Awareness of CAD data structures (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX) and enterprise integrations (SAP, Oracle).

Required skills

• Java, Java EE, Spring and REST/SOAP services.
• SQL, microservices, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Vue; WebGL/Three.js is a plus.
• DevOps tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, IntelliJ.
