Director of Revenue and Reservations

About the role

The Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum is seeking a senior leader to drive revenue performance across rooms, food & beverage and spa. Reporting to the General Manager, you will safeguard the brand’s premium image while maximizing profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate the Mandarin Oriental brand standards into all revenue‑management decisions for rooms, F&B and spa.
• Analyse market‑segment booking lead times and set appropriate controls.
• Monitor daily inventory, apply restrictions, and update booking curves and history spreadsheets.
• Prepare month‑end performance reports for the Executive Committee and General Manager.
• Participate in rate‑scale definition and ensure accurate system loading.
• Forecast demand, set proactive controls, and optimise revenue across all revenue‑generating departments.
• Evaluate booking channels and contracts, imposing necessary control mechanisms.
• Study future bookings, enforce controls, and maintain accurate reservation system data.
• Incorporate customer‑retention criteria into rate qualifiers and deliver precise room‑night and revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Mathematics or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum five years of hotel revenue‑management experience at director or department‑head level.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities with the capacity to multitask.
• Proven teamwork orientation.
