Industry Sales Manager Poultry EMEA

About the role

Join JBT Marel as an Industry Sales Manager for poultry processing systems across the EMEA region. You will be the primary contact for customers, engaging them at exhibitions, demos, and on‑site visits to understand their needs and propose optimal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Distribution Partners, and Sales Operations.
• Develop and implement a structural industry market plan for the region.
• Drive sales of complex solutions, justify value, and increase market share while meeting customer requirements.
• Support and train Account Managers with deep process knowledge.
• Maintain visit reports, opportunity registration, and CRM data.
• Collect competitor intelligence and meet KPI goals for sales and margins.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with technical/mechanical systems, preferably international.
• Motivated, results‑driven, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communicator and listener, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
