General Manager – Turkey

About the role

Breakmark is partnering with a leading AI company to expand into Turkey. The General Manager will launch and scale the country operation, own the commercial strategy, and drive enterprise AI adoption across major sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country’s commercial strategy, growth plan and P&L.
• Build the local business from scratch, establishing market presence and executive leadership.
• Forge trusted relationships with C‑level executives in finance, telecom, healthcare, utilities and other regulated industries.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiate multi‑million‑dollar agreements.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing local team across commercial, technical and delivery functions.
• Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to ensure successful AI solution deployments.
• Establish strategic partnerships with consulting firms, technology partners and ecosystem players.
• Represent the business externally and ensure compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, SaaS, technology or consulting.
• Proven track record of building and scaling commercial organisations and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience leading complex enterprise sales with C‑suite executives.
• Strong business acumen with full P&L ownership or significant commercial responsibility.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Extensive network within the local enterprise ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
