Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise Server Solutions

About the role

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales of its comprehensive server, storage, and networking portfolio to large enterprise customers. The role involves managing complex, multi‑portfolio deals and building trusted relationships with C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and sell the full Supermicro product and service portfolio to large enterprise accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, shaping deals early in the sales cycle and aligning solutions with client business and IT priorities.
• Develop and execute an Account Business Plan (ABP) that includes transactional and strategic initiatives.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin quotas, managing large, complex deals across multiple business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in high‑tech.
• 3–7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage solutions to enterprise or Fortune‑1000 customers.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision‑makers.
• Strong communication skills across cultures and geographies.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English (additional language a plus).
