About the role
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Fire Suppression Products, you will work in a fast‑paced environment where your contributions directly enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify required products based on customer needs and enter data into the SAP system.
- Generate quotes for new and existing sales orders and review detailed specifications.
- Coordinate order processing and act as a liaison among customers and internal departments.
- Field technical inquiries, foster strong customer relationships, and collaborate with support personnel for complex queries.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluency in English – written, spoken and reading.
- Completion of military service for male candidates.
- Previous experience in sales support (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP.
