About the role
We are seeking a full‑time International Patient Coordinator to join our team on the Asian side of Istanbul. You will guide international patients from their first inquiry through post‑operative follow‑up, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient communications from initial contact to post‑operative care.
- Coordinate appointments, travel logistics, and medical documentation for international patients.
Required profile
- Previous experience in international patient coordination, preferably in healthcare, medical tourism, or plastic surgery.
- Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French considered an asset.
