Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Technology or Information Systems.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Java back‑end development experience (preferably Java 17 or 21).
- Full‑time, on‑site work at the office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Understanding of Java memory layout (stack/heap), object references and garbage‑collection basics.
- Knowledge of standard Java collections.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, event loops, non‑blocking I/O and related execution models.
- Proficiency in multithreading and concurrent programming.
- Ability to write high‑performance, maintainable and reusable code.
- Experience with Project Reactor or similar reactive libraries such as RxJava or Vert.x.
