Jewellery Sales Assistant

About the role

Sevan Bıçakçı, a jewellery brand founded in 2001 and known for designs inspired by Istanbul's cultural and architectural heritage, is looking for a friendly and motivated Jewellery Sales Assistant. The role helps create a welcoming shopping environment, supports product display and contributes to the overall organisation of the store. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them during their shopping experience.
• Support the sales consultant with daily sales activities and customer relations.
• Share product information and complementary products.
• Maintain tidy and visually appealing product displays.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person or by phone with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist with stock control, including replenishment and inventory monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent command of English, assessed through a comprehensive English proficiency test.
• Previous experience in jewellery retail or customer service is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic math skills to support stock handling.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Organisational skills to keep the store orderly and well presented.
