About the role

The Courier role at UPS involves delivering and picking up packages from residential and commercial locations. You will operate a UPS vehicle in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring safe handling of parcels while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Deliver and collect packages to and from assigned routes.
Operate the vehicle following UPS safe‑driving procedures.
Load, unload, lift and carry parcels up to 70 lbs (32 kg) safely.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to UPS appearance standards.
Provide courteous and efficient service to customers.

Required profile

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) repeatedly.
Valid driver’s license and meet local age and operational requirements.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Reliability and willingness to work five days a week.

Required skills

Safe driving techniques as taught by UPS.
Basic vehicle maintenance awareness.
