Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join Bosch Group in Manisa. You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment, supporting new machine installations and ensuring reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute both planned and unplanned maintenance for machines and equipment.
• Participate in production transfer projects, focusing on maintenance of newly introduced machinery.
• Contribute to machine construction and revision activities.
• Manage spare‑part inventories and procurement.
• Lead problem‑solving and continuous technical improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical‑Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Experience with SAP maintenance module.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Fluent English.
