Manufacturing Planner

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to align weekly production plans with facility capacity, convert them into daily operational schedules, and ensure on‑time delivery while minimizing cycle time and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow (WIP) by analyzing reports and input from cross‑functional teams.
• Level‑load daily production plans, balancing resource capacity and constraints.
• Collaborate with SCM planners to obtain parts/material information and set delivery dates.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Purchasing to synchronize schedules.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives, develop scheduling procedures, and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple functional groups.
• Ability to analyze data quickly, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Lean manufacturing principles.
• Complex machined materials management.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
