Medical Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Advisor to join Pierre Fabre, defining and executing the medical strategy across Medical Care and Dermocosmetics divisions with a focus on innovative oncology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the medical and patient‑centricity strategy for assigned brands and indications.
• Collect and report territorial needs and insights to corporate medical leadership.
• Maintain a field presence of up to 40% of time to interact with healthcare professionals.
• Deploy all medical plan activities and coordinate clinical study projects with HCPs.
• Generate high‑quality content and manage omnichannel dissemination of medical data.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and ethical standards.
• Represent Pierre Fabre before healthcare professionals, patient associations and authorities.
• Define, monitor and report the medical budget and the impact of the medical plan.

Required profile

• MD, Pharmacist, PhD or Master’s level scientific training.
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience in Medical Affairs within a multinational company (oncology experience a plus).
• In‑depth medical knowledge with ability to analyse and interpret scientific results.
• Proven track record building networks with health authorities, HCPs and patient associations.
• High level of ethics, integrity and self‑motivation.
• Project management and strategic business planning skills.
• Fluent in English.
