Post Sales Consultant

About the role

The Post Sales Consultant will be responsible for installing, deploying and providing technical support for Ricoh software solutions. You will work closely with customers during pre‑sales proof‑of‑concept activities and ensure successful implementation aligned with project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Execute installation, configuration and customization of Ricoh software according to technical requirements and project schedules.
• Provide technical support during pre‑sales Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
• Review Statements of Work for accuracy and feasibility and carry out related implementation tasks.
• Participate in project and planning meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance technical knowledge of assigned products through training and adoption of new technologies.
• Support customer sales meetings by delivering technical expertise.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from sale through to successful deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in IT solutions, document management, software solutions or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of project management processes with a customer‑focused approach.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence with active driving experience.
