React Architect – Lead Frontend Design (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced React Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high‑performance web applications. The role involves defining the frontend architecture, establishing best practices, and mentoring development teams while collaborating closely with product and backend stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the frontend architecture of complex web applications.
• Lead React application development using TypeScript.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Review code to ensure high‑quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Drive performance optimisation, security, and accessibility initiatives.
• Mentor and guide frontend developers and technical leads.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies when appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Required skills

• React.js and TypeScript.
• Modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
• State‑management libraries such as Redux, Zustand or MobX.
• Frontend testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools.
