Production Operator – IBC

About the role

Greif is seeking a Production Operator to work on its IBC line, ensuring that parts are produced to exact specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
• Perform activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools to verify functional, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintain logs and records of units produced and report any errors that lead to rejected pieces.
• Inspect equipment before use, perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and orderly while following all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of relevant production experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Operation of production machinery.
• Use of precision measurement tools.
• Interpretation of job specifications for machinery setup.
