About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant (Stylist) for its Zorlu Center store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing iconic brands such as Levi’s®, Dockers®, and Beyond Yoga®.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and promotions, aligned with Levi’s® service standards.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and the omni‑channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns in accordance with company policy, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Execute store procedures and comply with all Levi’s® policies and directives.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder work.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
