Full Time Sales Consultant – Zorlu Center

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant (Stylist) for its Zorlu Center store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through sales, merchandising and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with store management on escalated issues.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
