Full-Time Sales Consultant - Levi's Store

About the role

Levi's stores in Istanbul are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant (Stylist) to be at the heart of the in-store experience. You will help customers express themselves, feel confident and find their perfect fit, working alongside the team to deliver a welcoming place to shop.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional one-to-one service
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence
• Support store operations including tills, fitting rooms and stock management
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals

Required profile

• A love for helping people express themselves through style and fashion
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for learning and development
• Pride in delivering high-quality service that reflects the Levi's brand values
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
