Senior Manager, Valuation, Modelling & Economics

About the role

EY Parthenon, which offers services in mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, valuations, modelling, economic impact analysis, due diligence and financial consulting, is strengthening its Valuation team at Senior Manager level. The role sits in the Valuation, Modelling and Economics team in Istanbul/Ankara, advising major corporate clients, financial institutions and multinational companies on strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of valuation projects and lead EYP teams, managing interactions with client management and senior team members
• Take part in preparing deliverables such as reports, presentations and client discussions
• Work closely with the engagement lead, the client and the wider team to deliver high-standard work products
• Use logical thinking and creative problem-solving to resolve issues
• Help senior team members develop new business and coach others, sharing technical knowledge

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling or financial/debt advisory
• Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English, with attention to detail

• Project management and organisation skills, including mentoring junior team members
• Knowledge of evolving data analytics tools, data visualisation and database skills
• Experience managing client relationships to create new business opportunities
