Senior MEAL Associate (Data)

About the role

The Senior MEAL Associate (Data) will provide specialized digital data collection and business intelligence services to support project monitoring, strategic performance management and organizational reporting for IOM in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain digital data collection platforms and interactive dashboards.
• Produce visualization products that ensure data quality, accessibility and compliance with IOM data management standards.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) activities through data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Senior National MEAL Officer and project teams to align data solutions with operational needs.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Demography, Statistics or related field with at least four years of relevant experience, or high‑school diploma with six years of experience.
• Minimum four years of proven experience using data collection, analysis and visualization tools.
• At least two years of experience designing survey instruments and drafting statistical and analytical reports.
