About the role
The Supply Chain Expeditor monitors purchase orders, tracks delivery status, and ensures timely coordination among technical, logistics, and procurement teams.
Key responsibilities
- Periodically monitor and follow up on open purchase orders.
- Obtain and record updated delivery status information from suppliers.
- Identify orders at risk of delay and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate among technical teams, suppliers, logistics, and procurement.
- Prepare periodic reports on open orders and delivery delays.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process tracking and optimization.
- Strong reporting skills and solid understanding of supply chain KPIs.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
