About the role
Viatris İlaçları Ltd. is seeking a Tax and Accounting Manager to lead its tax compliance and accounting functions. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage tax obligations and support the company’s global finance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and implement changes in local financial legislation.
- Carry out legal and tax audit processes.
- Ensure accuracy and control of periodic profit & loss and balance sheet statements.
- Control monthly local account balance reconciliations.
- Prepare quarterly and annual corporate tax returns and ensure timely filing.
- Prepare and submit global tax and accounting reports on schedule.
- Fulfill legal responsibilities, reports, and notifications required under local legislation.
- Coordinate monthly and year‑end closing processes, including FX postings, fixed‑asset depreciation and purchase order accrual approvals.
- Manage relationships with tax audit firms, legal authorities and banks.
