Consulting Manager – Strategic Consulting

About the role

Visa Consulting & Analytics is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead high‑impact projects for Visa’s clients in Turkey. The role focuses on driving portfolio growth and profitability for credit and debit card businesses through strategic consulting, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements, identify new opportunities, and contribute to closing deals with Visa clients.
• Manage multiple workstreams, transform problem statements into proposals, and develop frameworks and recommendations.
• Produce insights, analyses, and actionable recommendations to improve client performance and drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and global regional groups to leverage Visa’s resources.
• Perform client‑specific portfolio analysis using proprietary data such as demographics, spend levels, and behavioral scores.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and coordinate internal strategic discussions.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, especially in designing and delivering project results.
• Collaborative, diplomatic style with experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to handle numerous projects concurrently.
• Proven track record in a large consulting firm or corporate strategy role, with competence in financial performance assessment.
