Tax and Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Tax and Accounting Manager to join Viatris İlaçları Ltd., a global healthcare company. The role will lead tax compliance and accounting activities for our local operations, ensuring alignment with legislation and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and implement changes in local financial legislation.
• Conduct legal and tax audit processes.
• Ensure accuracy and control of periodic profit & loss and balance‑sheet statements.
• Oversee monthly local account balance reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly and annual corporate tax returns and guarantee timely filing.
• Prepare and submit global tax and accounting reports on schedule.
• Fulfill all legal reporting and notification requirements under local law.
• Coordinate monthly and year‑end closing activities, including foreign‑exchange postings, fixed‑asset depreciation and purchase‑order accrual approvals.
• Manage relationships with tax audit firms, legal authorities and banking partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax legislation, corporate tax compliance and audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and month‑end/year‑end closing procedures.
• Ability to prepare and file corporate tax returns and related reports.
• Experience liaising with tax authorities, auditors and financial institutions.
