About the role

Join Bosch's Technical Function & Facility Management Smart Start program in Bursa, supporting maintenance and facility management activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a global engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance process by creating and tracking work orders and measurements.
• Support projects focused on cost improvement, digital transformation, and facility management.
• Participate in problem‑solving activities and contribute to maintenance documentation management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student in Engineering (Electrical‑Electronics or Mechatronics preferred).
• Committed to a minimum 11‑month period and available at least 3 days per week.
• Strong analytical thinking, good communication, and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry, serial production, and measurement systems.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• SAP knowledge.
