TikTok Commerce Campaign Manager

About the role

The TikTok Commerce Campaign Manager will design and execute campaign strategies that drive growth on TikTok's commerce platform. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to turn strategic concepts into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise campaign strategies that serve as core levers for TikTok’s growth, overseeing projects from strategy through execution.
• Conceptualise, develop and launch IP marketing campaigns, including User IP, Creator IP, Brand IP and special events such as Super Brand Day.
• Analyse competitor brand IP and marketing initiatives to identify new IP models.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental resources and collaborate with category teams, user research, creator managers and other stakeholders to support business‑growth campaigns.
• Work with third‑party agencies and brand partners to amplify brand IP influence among partners and users.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Minimum two years of experience planning and executing e‑commerce or marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing creative agencies, brand partners, or third‑party stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with TikTok and other content‑based platforms.
• Understanding of e‑commerce campaign planning and execution.
