About the role
Accor is seeking a motivated Waiter to join its hospitality team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare tables, chairs, and service sets before service.
- Check reservations and menus, and set up banquet, buffet, conference, and cocktail arrangements.
- Welcome customers, advise on food and beverage selections, take orders, and serve meals and drinks.
- Collect bills, handle customer requests and complaints, and forward them to the appropriate authorities.
Required profile
- Graduated from Tourism or Hotel Management programs.
- High communication skills and strong personal appearance.
- Experience in the service sector and talent for organization.
- Team‑oriented, career‑focused in tourism, and able to participate in company social projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Familiarity with the Opera reservation system.
- Good command of English.
