Customer Success Specialist

About the role

HotelRunner is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for its Izmir R&D office to help hotel partners adopt and maximise the value of its SaaS platform. You will act as the primary contact, guiding partners through implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing usage.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve product‑related issues, identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
• Support configuration, implementation, deployment and onboarding of HotelRunner products.
• Monitor product usage and engagement to spot adoption challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Computer or Software) is a strong plus.
• 1–3 years experience in hospitality or accommodation technology, preferably in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Residency in Izmir.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with web technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases or data analysis (a plus).
• Experience with SaaS products, PMS, channel managers or booking engines.
