Account Executive – Aviation Software Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to plan, develop and manage competitive sales campaigns for Jeppesen ForeFlight’s aviation software portfolio across Turkey and internationally. The role will drive proactive sales and delivery activities, coordinate internal and external resources, and build trusted relationships with customers to achieve business growth and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute campaign‑specific strategies, securing resources and management commitment for successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, acting as a trusted business partner and expanding the network to address client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote the Jeppesen ForeFlight portfolio, leading proposal development and negotiations.
• Coordinate multi‑product solutions, leveraging company resources and leading capture teams to secure competitive advantages.
• Advocate customer requirements during internal approval processes to ensure high‑quality deals aligned with the Long Range Business Plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, including complex B2B software sales.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Proven ability to influence internal partners and drive new business.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce as a CRM solution.
• Strong understanding of software solutions and aviation industry context.
