About the role
Drive customer outcomes and recurring revenue growth by aligning strategic services with sophisticated business needs. Act as the bridge between customers and advanced service solutions within a fast‑paced, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead and execute the services sales positioning strategy to generate incremental growth and expand recurring revenue.
- Develop and close opportunities by coordinating with account teams to ensure optimal support coverage.
- Analyze data to uncover customer needs, improve service adoption and engage specialist teams and Customer Success.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with customers to improve service coverage for the install base.
Required profile
- Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management and end‑to‑end deal structuring.
- Deep understanding of Service Provider market trends, architectures and transformational technologies in Turkey and EMEA.
- Proven leadership in orchestrating multi‑resource teams for complex RFPs/RFQs.
- Extensive experience managing complex projects and coordinating diverse technical and commercial resources.
