Account Executive – Services (Turkey)

About the role

Join Cisco’s Services team in Turkey as an Account Executive, driving customer outcomes and recurring revenue growth through strategic services alignment. You will act as the bridge between sophisticated customer business needs and advanced service solutions, collaborating with a fast‑paced team of strategists and relationship builders.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and execute the services sales positioning strategy to generate incremental growth and expand recurring revenue.
• Develop and close opportunities by coordinating with account teams to ensure optimal support coverage.
• Analyze data to uncover customer needs, address problems and improve service adoption.
• Engage specialist teams and Customer Success to enhance the end‑to‑end service experience.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with customers to improve service coverage for the install base.

Required profile

• Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management and end‑to‑end deal structuring.
• Deep understanding of Service Provider market trends, architectures and transformational technologies within Turkey and EMEA.
• Proven leadership in orchestrating multi‑resource teams for complex RFPs/RFQs.
• Extensive experience managing complex projects and coordinating diverse technical and commercial resources.
