Account Manager and B2B Growth Consultant

About the role

A partner company is looking for an Account Manager and B2B Growth Consultant based in Turkey. You will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as a strategic partner to founders, executives and sales leaders. You will take ownership of client relationships from initial strategy workshops through long-term account development, using an established outbound engine combining software, AI and operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workshops with clients to define target audiences, positioning, messaging and growth objectives
• Develop tailored B2B acquisition strategies aligned with each client's business model and commercial priorities
• Coordinate campaign implementation with internal teams, monitor performance and analyse results
• Hold regular client review calls, address questions and ensure agreed next steps are delivered
• Identify account expansion opportunities and recommend additional services and solutions
• Turn successful clients into case studies, referrals and long-term partnerships

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales or a related B2B environment
• Proven experience managing direct client relationships and owning business outcomes
• Ability to communicate confidently with founders, managing directors and sales leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
• Remote work experience and independence; career changers may be considered if they show exceptional performance elsewhere

• Earnings of €7,500 to €10,000+ OTE per month after ramp-up, depending on portfolio size and performance
