Account Manager – Business Sales (Ankara)

About the role

As an Account Manager in Epson's End User Sales division, you will develop and execute the business sales plan for end‑user customers in Ankara, driving growth and maximizing sales of Epson Business Print and Projection products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business sales plan for the designated customer and reseller base, generate leads and grow the portfolio of Epson Business Print and Projection products.
• Qualify prospects, create detailed account and deal plans, manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system and coordinate with internal and external specialists to deliver solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, external partners and internal sales support functions to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Produce regular reports, analyse sales against budget and provide accurate forecasts.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in business, technical or sales discipline.
• Proven experience selling IT‑related products, preferably in government tenders, with a record of achieving profitable growth.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and influencing skills, and ability to develop long‑term account plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems.
