Account Manager – Customer Success

About the role

Exely, a global IT company serving the hotel industry, is seeking an Account Manager (Customer Engagement Specialist) to grow revenue for Turkish hotel clients. The role is remote with regular on‑site visits to hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for local clients in Turkey, handling queries and issues promptly.
• Monitor client performance, provide improvement suggestions, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Arrange up to 15 on‑site meetings per month and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems.
• Drive direct online sales, support revenue strategies, and represent client interests for product development.
• Participate in local events, webinars, and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Based in Turkey (Ankara or Izmir) and able to work remotely with on‑site visits.
• Minimum 1 year experience in account management, sales, revenue management or customer success within hotels, OTAs, hotel‑tech, e‑commerce or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Proactive relationship‑building and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ticket/help‑desk tools such as Zendesk, Omnidesk or Jira.
