Account Manager

About the role

Scrambly is a fast‑growing adtech startup building a reward‑powered alternative to traditional app stores. As an Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for gaming advertisers, handling technical setup, optimisation, communication and upselling to drive sustainable partner growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data sets and optimise multi‑reward campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring campaign success.
• Onboard new advertisers and provide regular project updates.
• Assess the competitive landscape and identify revenue‑growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in account management, sales or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbers and data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, autonomous work style.
• High proficiency in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Familiarity with mobile measurement partners such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
• Understanding of CPA, CPI and CPE campaign models.
• Knowledge of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
