Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will drive international sales and market development for Polifarma pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and strong distributor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor competitor products globally, set market targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Plan and execute marketing and sales activities, prepare and manage budgets.
• Conduct external market research, evaluate market potential, and provide recommendations.
• Develop projects to enhance competitiveness, strengthen brand image abroad, and conduct cost‑benefit analyses.
• Expand and deepen relationships with existing and new distributors, ensuring profitable long‑term collaborations.
• Ensure export transactions comply with legal regulations and monitor changes in export policies.
• Visit foreign customers regularly to address quality, quantity, price, and delivery issues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent from a relevant university department.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical sector and at least 2 years in international sales management.
• Advanced proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
• Completion of military service for male candidates.
• Residence in Istanbul, preferably on the European side.
