Account Manager (Payroll)

About the role

Kolay, a cloud-based HR management software used by more than 3,500 companies and 250,000 employees worldwide, is looking for a full-time Account Manager (Payroll) to act as a strategic solution partner for its customers. The goal is to make companies' HR processes 100% digital, guiding HR managers through their digital transformation with deep payroll expertise. The role works closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams. It is fully remote, though living in Istanbul is preferable for possible face-to-face meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize customer payroll workflows within the product and act as a Payroll Product Consultant helping companies move from manual or legacy systems to Kolay's digital solutions.
• Help medium and enterprise customers digitize their HR processes and increase NPS by being a knowledgeable partner.
• Upsell new applications and features to existing customers based on their payroll and HR needs.
• Activate new companies through data integration and tailor Kolay to each company's requirements.
• Analyze portfolio data to prioritize accounts and reduce churn.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and the Product team by giving detailed feedback on payroll-related features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR, Customer Success or Customer Engagement.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Payroll Specialist, able to speak the language of payroll.
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and payroll legislation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience selling or managing SaaS products in a B2B environment is a significant advantage.
