About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Istanbul. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to develop your accounting career within a fast‑growing PropTech startup.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in line with company standards.
- Handle payroll processes and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Analyze financial data to support decision‑making and planning.
- Assist with budget preparation and contribute to financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to deliver timely and reliable reporting.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum two years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English; Turkish is a plus.
Required skills
- Accounting software.
- ERP systems.
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
