Accounting & Reporting Executive

About the role

The Accounting & Reporting Executive will join the Controlling team at Kraft Heinz Turkey, based in the Istanbul office. You will support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing processes, preparing accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals and provisions.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting requirements, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and reporting packages, and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and other external parties during audit and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with Controlling, FP&A, Treasury, Tax and other Finance functions to ensure data consistency.
• Support internal and external audit processes and contribute to improving accounting controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or audit.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local statutory requirements and preferably IFRS.
• Experience in a multinational environment or Big Four audit background is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
