Accounting & Reporting Specialist

About the role

This position offers strong exposure to financial reporting within a multinational environment, focusing on IFRS reporting, financial statements, and related controls. You will actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and plan financial statements under IFRS.
• Participate in accounting and controlling projects.
• Execute financial analyses and advise local Finance on accounting questions.
• Manage external auditor during closing activities.
• Partner with Henkel’s business units for accounting queries and act as local point of contact for intercompany and fixed‑asset processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in external reporting for a multinational or international audit firm.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting, Turkish legal and fiscal requirements.
• Strong English communication skills and experience handling multinational stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, proactive, open‑minded team player with strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• IFRS reporting knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency.
• SAP experience.
