About the role
A client company based in Ümraniye, Istanbul, is looking for an Accounting Responsible. The position suits someone who is motivated, entrepreneurial, solution-oriented and able to work in a supportive, collaborative team. Living in the Anatolian side of Istanbul, close to Ümraniye, is mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Handle accounting operations from A to Z
- Manage daily accounting tasks
- Track and archive incoming and outgoing documents
- Prepare price quotes, create order records and track product deliveries
- Issue sales invoices
- Track current account debts and receivables
- Follow up and finalize customer collections
- Use e-invoicing, e-archiving and e-delivery note systems
- Prepare reports on all accounting activities
Required profile
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to appearance
- Sense of responsibility and good judgment
- Team player willing to collaborate
- Experience in the food and packaging sectors preferred
- Must live near Ümraniye on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
Required skills
- Accounting software (Login preferred)
- E-invoicing, e-archiving and e-delivery note systems
