Aftercare Specialist – Patient Support & Referral

About the role

We are seeking a professional, patient‑focused Aftercare Specialist to manage post‑treatment concerns, ensure a seamless experience for our patients, and help generate referrals through excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with patients experiencing issues or concerns.
• Listen attentively, coordinate with doctors and internal teams, and resolve problems.
• Maintain regular follow‑up until each issue is fully resolved.
• Handle difficult situations professionally while preserving strong patient relationships.
• Identify satisfied patients and encourage them to refer new patients.
• Record patient feedback and document all follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Experience in customer service, patient relations, sales, or medical tourism preferred.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Empathetic, professional, and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills.
