AI Native Project Sales Specialist

About the role

D Tech Cloud, a technology company focused on cloud technologies, artificial intelligence solutions and digital transformation services, is looking for an AI Native Project Sales Specialist in Istanbul. The role plays a key part in helping enterprises adopt AI technologies and contributes to strategic sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and manage sales of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions to enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Analyze the needs of public and private sector organizations and design solution architectures and value propositions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and proposals to negotiation, contract management and deal closure.
• Build relationships with customer executives and decision-makers involved in AI transformation.
• Drive business development in line with sales targets and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Work with technology, product and project teams to ensure optimal solutions are delivered.
• Monitor market trends and AI advancements, track sales performance via CRM and prepare management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of sales and business development experience in technology, software, cloud computing, digital transformation or B2B settings.
• Experience managing project-based sales for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to win new customers and build customer portfolios.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, data analytics, automation or digital transformation solutions.
• Proposal preparation, pricing and contract management experience.
• CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
