AI Tech Architect – Istanbul

About the role

As an AI Tech Architect you will drive digital transformation for leading organisations, evaluating their digital capabilities and shaping feasible AI‑enabled solutions. You will work at the intersection of strategy and technology, translating business ambition into robust, future‑proof architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients’ digital maturity and conduct feasibility studies for AI and technology initiatives.
• Lead small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programmes.
• Establish modern practices such as DevOps, CI/CD and cyber‑resilience measures.
• Design, develop and optimise custom IT architectures, integrating legacy systems with cloud, micro‑services and AI components.
• Ensure technical delivery aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Strong understanding of modern tools – machine learning, AI, robotics, cyber‑resilience, DevOps and agile methods.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary, global teams and willing to travel.
• Fluent communication in both Turkish and English.
