About the role

Knauf Türkiye is looking for a Production Operator to join the gypsum manufacturing line at its Gölbaşı plant near Ankara. The role involves supporting daily production activities in a shift‑based environment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily production tasks according to the shift schedule.
• Maintain work area standards and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders and record relevant data.
• Report any deviations, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain continuity of the production system and keep accurate logs.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Possession of a valid forklift operator certificate.
• Preferably experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Residence in Ankara or willingness to relocate to the Gölbaşı area.
