About the role

Renesas is seeking an AMS Verification Engineer to join its Istanbul team. The role focuses on verifying analog and mixed‑signal systems at both IC and system levels, contributing to the development of power‑efficient semiconductor solutions.

Key responsibilities

Verify analog/mixed‑signal systems and implement test cases at IC and system level.
Develop event‑driven models for analog IC components and collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams.

Required profile

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT or a related field.
Understanding of power‑management circuitry such as switching and linear converters, references, bandgaps, data converters, and clock generators.

Required skills

Hands‑on experience with verification methodologies, simulation, waveform analysis, automation, coverage collection and gate‑level simulations.
Knowledge of SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL/WREAL, scripting languages (Perl, Python, Tcl) and Cadence verification tools.
