Application Support Manager

About the role

The Application Support Manager will ensure uninterrupted operation of a wide range of applications supporting Mobility Market operations, acting as the primary point of coordination for issues, performance problems, and outages.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous availability of applications such as ERP, VIS, Loyalty, Invoicing, MI/MIS, and web portals.
• Lead communication with vendors, manage escalations, and coordinate with global L2/L3 teams.
• Conduct regular SLA reviews with business stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Own configuration and inventory records for all supported applications in Turkey.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring issues and drive permanent fixes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in IT, communications or electronics.
• Strong vendor and contract management experience.
• Ability to work out‑of‑hours, on‑call and handle rapidly changing priorities.

Required skills

• SQL and API integration knowledge.
• Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• Familiarity with site system and hosting platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and information risk controls.
